Preparation of illustrative masterplan to support site capacity study for SHLAA submission. Proposals for a mixed use development on brownfield land showing potential to deliver new homes and business space along with a GP surgery. Preparation of public consultation material to facilitate constructive discussions with parish council. Site subsequently allocated in neighbourhood plan and outline permission granted under option.
